Are you ready to help your clients feel more connected to their bodies during one of life’s most sacred journeys? Join us for a specialized two-part training led by Crista Hargett, PT, DPT, a renowned Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and Gilligan’s Guide certified instructor.


What You Will Learn:

This evidence-based training is designed to give birth workers practical, hands-on tools to improve maternal health outcomes. Topics include:

  • Labor Breathwork: Techniques for pushing and maintaining proper core engagement.

  • Tension Release: Proven methods for releasing physical tension for your clients.

  • Live Demonstrations: Real-time helpful cues and demonstrations you can use immediately in your practice.


Meet Your Trainer:

Crista Hargett, PT, DPT, resides in Birmingham, Alabama, and practices at Thrive Physical Therapy and Wellness. With a Doctorate from the University of North Florida, she specializes in pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the female athlete. Crista is a lead PT with the Strong Moms Club prenatal app and a member of Ann Gilligan’s ambassador team. As a mother of two, she is dedicated to creating spaces where birthing people are seen, heard, and respected.
